Professor Zhang Xiang-guo is Dean of the College of Economics & Trade, Shanghai Fisheries University, China. He graduated from Shanghai Fisheries University and started his career in fisheries economics & fisheries management science, in the University in 1969. He received his M.Sc. From the College of Manufacturing, Cranfield University, U.K. in 1987. He had been in Norwegian School of Economics & Business Administration, Norway, as a visiting scholar in 1993, and he had also been the National Yosu Fisheries University, Korea, as a visiting professor in 1996. His principal area of research is Fisheries Economics & Management Science including Fishing capacity and Fish Marketing.
